Payments
There are a variety of ways you can pay your account
with World Whole Foods.
Choose from the following option with best suits
you:
1. Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are preferred. ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS
ARE ACCEPTED. Remember 55 days interest free and Frequest Flyer
points.
2. Direct Deposits
Deposits can be made directly into the following account. Please
ensure that you reference the Order Number/Invoice Number when
making a deposit so that the payment can be credited to your
account.

3. Cheques
Please make cheques payable to World
Whole Foods, and mail to:

4. Internet Payments
You can pay your account via our secure at
www.worldwholefoods.com by following the links to the "Customer
Service" the "Pay Your Account Online". You must
have a User Name and Password to access this option. User names
and password can be obtained by calling or visiting
our website at www.worldwholefoods.com.au and following the
links to "Become a Customer".
Trading Terms
- All orders must be paid cash on delivery,
unless a Credit Application has been approved. Credit Applications
Forms can be obtained by calling , or visiting
our website at www.worldwholefoods.com. Approval usually takes
three working days.
- Any account operating outside our trading
terms will immediately be placed on Stop supply.
- Dishonoured cheques will attract an
administration fee of $30.00
- World Whole Foods retains the title
of all goods passed into store until paid in full, at which
time the goods become the property of the customer.
- Prices are subject to variation without
notice. The prices in our catalogue (price book) are to the
used as a guide only. Please refer to your invoice for the most
up-to-date price.
Claims
- All Claims for short deliveries, damaged
or faulty products must be no tified within 48 hours of recipt
of the goods. This must be done in writing by filling in our
Credit Claim application form. This form can be downloaded from
our website at www.worldwholefoods.com
- Please note that in general, if stock
goes out of date or is soiled in any way while in your care,
no credit will be given.
