Earthwise recycled paper is sourced from 95–100% post-consumer waste (clean office waste paper), and up to 5% pre-consumer waste (offcuts and waste generated in the factory), which is returned to the paper mill for recycling. This means less waste paper goes to landfill.
The paper manufacturing process creates solid waste, which is sent off-site and recycled. Earthwise’s impact on the environment is minimised by: • sourcing materials from waste paper, and • recycling waste materials.
All Earthwise products are biodegradable, rapidly breaking down once in contact with water. The paper is not re-bleached, and no fragrances added. The manufacturing processes are designed to generate minimal waste.
